"I’m Back from a break this Sunday - new year new you! come join me as I take you through a sequence of L2 Vinyasa designed to invigorate your body, balance your hormones and build testosterone levels. This Sunday will be a sequence where we focus on core strength and conditioning in our practice. All levels welcome to join. Doors close at 9.15am sharp!
