Starting this Friday, Ben is offering a Yoga Anatomy & Breathwork class every Friday at 9:30 AM. This class is designed to deepen your understanding of the body and breath, enhancing your practice from the inside out.

Bonus for Yoga Theory Teacher Training Graduates: If you've completed the training, this class is free as part of your continued learning journey and to stay connected to the studio!

After a rejuvenating week of advanced training overseas, Ben Greenwood returns refreshed and ready to guide you through his full schedule of classes. Expect renewed energy, fresh insights, and a deeper approach to movement and breath.

This Saturday, step onto the mat and experience the difference:
🧘‍♂️ 9:15 AM – Breath & Movement Flow (Level 2): Build strength, fluidity, and focus through dynamic sequencing.
🧘‍♀️ 10:30 AM – Balance & Stretch: Find stability, lengthen your muscles, and leave feeling grounded.
